Summary: Pfizer and BioNTech say earlier that data from their Phase 3 trial show high levels of COVID protection six months after the second dose. The study also recommended the protection of the vaccine Moderna gives to COVID-19 that lasts for at least six months. The Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine could be stored at room temperature for up to a month in the United States, the country’s health director announced Wednesday, in a version expected to aid the distribution of firearms. U.S. Food and Drug Administration officials said they took the decision “based on a review of the latest data submitted by Pfizer,” and would allow vaccine containers to be stored at room temperature at 2–8 degrees Celsius (35–46 degrees Fahrenheit) for up to a month. one. Bottles were previously only allowed to be stored at those temperatures for five days. “These changes should make this vaccine more widely available to the American public by helping the capacity of vaccine providers, such as community physicians’ offices, to receive, store and administer vaccines,” said Peter Marks, director of FDA’s Center for Biologics Screening and Research.

Introduction:

The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID 19 vaccine has not been approved or licensed by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), but has been approved for immediate use by the FDA under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) to prevent Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) for use by persons 12 years of age and older. The most commonly reported side effects, which usually last for a few days, were pain in the injection site, fatigue, headache, muscle aches, chills, joint pain and fever. Significantly, most people experience these side effects after the second dose rather than after the first dose, so it is important that vaccine providers and recipients expect that there may be side effects after a certain dose, but especially after the second dose. The COVID-19 vaccine is safe, and the vaccine will help protect you from the serious COVID-19 infection and death due to COVID-19. You can have side effects after vaccination, which are signs that your body is building up defenses. Analysis of real-world data by Public Health England shows that Pfizer and AstraZeneca drugs offer similar efficacy in combating Covid-19 symptoms, hospitalization, infection, transmission and death.

Pfizer Covid vaccine can be stored in the refrigerator for one month:

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Wednesday approved the storage of the vaccine Pfizer Inc and its German partner BioNTech SE for COVID-19 at normal refrigerated temperatures for up to one month, in an effort to make the drug more widely available. Non-opened, melted vaccine jars can be stored in the refrigerator at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius for up to a month, from the previous maximum five days. Covid-19 drugs developed by Pfizer-BioNTech and Oxford-AstraZeneca produce similar protection against viral infections, revealing the ‘real world’ details of drug-receiving drugs in the UK. The analysis was conducted by Public Health England (PHE), which is the highest institution in the UK government. It shows that the effectiveness of a single dose of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine against Covid 19 symptoms is estimated at 54 percent, and with the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine, it was estimated at 53 percent. In other words, a single dose of these vaccines provides 54 and 53 percent efficacy compared to forming a symptomatic Covid-19, compared to an unvaccinated individual. To better understand the protection provided by the two vaccines, their effectiveness was also estimated at 4–13 days after the initial dose.

Conclusion:

In this analysis, it was found that Pfizer and AstraZeneca drugs provided 57 percent and 58 percent, respectively, performance compared to Covid-19 for symptoms. Further analysis revealed that eliminating the two-drug regimen of these vaccines ensures the highest protection in Covid-19.
